Here are some of my favorite songs by Casting Crowns. They're a Christian band, so for the non-Christians here, it's your choice whether or not you want to listen; I'm not trying to force my religion on you. Twin planets-An experiment in color opposites

Yet another art class project, this had me making two mirror images, and coloring them with their opposites on the color wheel. I thought a pair of planets would show this in the most striking way, plus it would let me go for a thick-border, cartoony style that I don't get to do enough anymore, with the exception of my avatar

Stupid Elvis refrences aside, here's the first "masterpiece" I'll be sharing with you today. My art teacher assigned us this project telling us to "Create a painted landscape using swirling brush strokes." Lame. I decided to do this instead. It started out as a black-and-white pencil sketch, (It looked a little better then ) until I decided that I should probably paint it to avoid an F. Oh well, I'll be regretting that decision for years.
